28 - do you want that “gap” between your legs? why?
No. I do not strive for a thigh gap. I strive to be healthy. If my thighs end up not touching, then hey! That’s wonderful. But it’s not my main goal. I would be very happy if my legs were toned even if my thighs still touched.
In a way, I think thigh gaps kind of look strange anyway. Sometimes I find them very unappealing.
