Current stats:  150 lbs
(It was actually more like 2 months rather than one…)

28 - do you want that “gap” between your legs? why?

No. I do not strive for a thigh gap. I strive to be healthy. If my thighs end up not touching, then hey! That’s wonderful. But it’s not my main goal. I would be very happy if my legs were toned even if my thighs still touched.
In a way, I think thigh gaps kind of look strange anyway. Sometimes I find them very unappealing.

27 - how do you deal with being around food?

I’m not sure that I understand this question. I eat when I’m hungry. 

Yeah, being around food gets difficult when I’m at a party or any other social gathering and there’s chips and dip and things. But I’m working on my self-control. :)

26 - what excites you most about reaching your ugw?

EVERYTHING. 

Feeling confident.
Looking in a mirror and liking what I see.
Wearing a bikini.
Not worrying that my boyfriend is dying when he picks me up or I sit on his lap.
Being strong.
Proving to others that I did it.
(hopefully) Looking fab for college.

24 - how do you feel about the terms pro-ana/pro-mia

I believe in healthy weight loss. I know it takes longer and that ana and mia seem so much easier, but in the long run healthy is so much better.

23 - did the media play a role in your wanting to lose weight?

Honestly, at first, yes. Seeing all these skinny models and actresses in the media just made me feel even more insecure about my weight. But now my mindset has completely changed. I am losing weight to be healthy, and I’ve stopped comparing myself to those celebrities. (Mostly! I still have my off days.)
